Most procedures are covered; however, if you are unsure of your coverage, please call us and we will explore your options.

 

For procedures not covered or for those with copays and/or deductibles, we accept the following payment forms:

• Cash

• Check

• Care Credit

 

We also offer in-house payment plans for those patients with high copays and/or deductibles and are unable to pay the full amount upfront.

 

We require all balances be paid within six months of the date of surgery. Unpaid balances will be turned over to collections.
